Refurbishment and extension of a large 1980s office building to provide new apartments. The design proposals for the redevelopment of this site, which included a taller corner element at the junction of Victoria Street and Strutton Ground, had to take into account the setting of nearby heritage assets and the effects of the scheme on local views.
